Choose your game, set your layout options, pick your cloth and print colours, and upload your branding. The preview updates as you go, so you can see your design take shape before you send it to our artwork team.
Yes. You can save your design to your email and pick up where you left off using the link we send you. Create an account and your designs are stored together, ready to edit, duplicate, or reorder.
Vector formats give the best results: PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG files at 300dpi or above are also accepted. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, our artwork team will check it for you.
On-screen colours are a guide, not an exact match. Screens and printed cloth render colour differently. Our artwork team confirms your colour references, including Pantone matching, before anything goes to print, and a physical proof can be arranged on request.

Submitting a design starts a conversation, not an order. Our artwork team reviews your specifications, checks your logo quality, and sends a proof for your approval. Nothing is printed until you have signed it off.
Yes. If you already have artwork or a specific design in mind, send it to [email protected] and we will review it, advise on print suitability, and quote your job.
Each unique custom design carries an artwork setup charge, quoted before any work begins. Approved trade accounts include five artwork setups every month at no charge, which suits operators and hire firms producing branded layouts regularly.
We aim to review every submission quickly and come back to you with a proof or any questions. Because we print in-house in London, we can keep the whole process moving without waiting on third parties.

Catalogue layouts start from £90.00 ex-VAT for standard 1520mm widths. Extended 1800mm width is a £25.00 ex-VAT supplement per layout. Larger games like Roulette and Craps run higher. Every product page shows the starting price; the design tool shows your total live as you configure.
Each unique custom design carries an artwork setup charge, quoted before any work begins. Approved trade accounts include five artwork setups every month at no charge. Reordering a previously approved design carries no new setup fee.
No minimum quantity. We routinely print single layouts for one-off events as well as larger volumes for casinos and hire firms.

Velvetine Fabric
Velvetine Fabric
Velvetine is a casino-grade cloth, the same base fabric used on licensed casino floors across the UK and Europe. It is engineered for consistent card slide, vibrant colour reproduction, and durability under heavy professional use.
Standard felt is a generic polyester, not built for casino use. It pills, slides inconsistently, and its surface-printed graphics crack and fade. Velvetine is purpose-engineered, and because we dye-sublimation print it, the colour is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on top.
Yes. Every Velvetine layout is finished with a nano coating, a clear, invisible seal that holds liquid on the surface rather than letting it absorb. Spilled drinks bead up and wipe away without staining, and the coating does not affect card slide or the feel of the cloth.
Yes. Velvetine is fire retardant to British Standards, making it suitable for commercial venues and events. We can provide current fire-rating documentation on request to support your venue and insurer requirements.

Most orders are printed and dispatched within three weeks of artwork approval. If you are working to a tighter deadline, tell us - we print in-house in London and can often accommodate faster timelines.
Yes. We work with operators, hire companies, and event firms, and offer pricing for volume and repeat orders. Approved trade accounts also include five free artwork setups each month. Tell us what you need and we will put a quote together.
Every layout comes in standard width (1520mm) as standard. Extended width (1800mm) is available for a supplement of £25.00 ex-VAT per layout.
We are based in London and ship across the UK as standard. For deliveries outside the UK, contact us and we will confirm options and pricing for your location.
Yes. Request a printed Velvetine swatch through the contact page or by emailing [email protected]. We will post you a sample so you can judge the cloth quality, card slide, and colour reproduction before you order.
Yes. Approved designs are saved against your account. Reorder a previous layout with no new setup charge and no re-proofing. Trade accounts get one-click reorder of any saved design.
If your order is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us promptly and we will repair, replace, or refund as your legal rights require. Custom goods printed to an approved proof are non-returnable for reasons other than a fault.
