Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to the sale of casino table layouts and related products by Casino Supply UK Limited.

1. About these terms

These terms govern the sale of casino table layouts and related products by Casino Supply UK Limited ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Casino Supply UK Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16379143.

2. Pricing and VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) and added to your invoice.

Prices are correct at the time of quotation. A written quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices for orders placed outside that period.

Each unique custom design carries an artwork setup charge, quoted before any work begins. Approved trade accounts receive a number of free artwork setups each month as set out in their account terms.

3. Orders and artwork approval

Submitting a design through our website or by email is a request for review, not a confirmed order. No order is binding until we have confirmed it in writing and payment has been received.

Our artwork team will prepare a proof for your approval. Production does not begin until you have approved the proof in writing. You are responsible for checking the proof carefully, including spelling, colours, dimensions, logo placement, and game configuration.

On-screen and proof colours are a guide only. Screens and printed cloth render colour differently. We confirm colour references, including Pantone matching where requested, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to an on-screen image.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full when you place your order, by pro-forma invoice. We do not offer credit accounts. Production begins once payment has cleared.

We accept payment by the methods shown at the time of ordering. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

5. Lead times

Our standard lead time is three weeks from the later of (a) your written approval of the proof and (b) receipt of cleared funds. If you are working to a tighter deadline, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier or courier delays.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland for a flat-rate delivery charge, shown at the time of ordering.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or shortage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery outside the UK mainland can be arranged on request and will be quoted separately.

7. Custom goods, cancellations, and returns

Our layouts are printed to your order and are bespoke goods made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised. Once you have approved your proof and production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for reasons other than a fault.

This does not affect your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. If your order is faulty, contact us promptly and we will put it right.

Before proof approval, you may cancel an order. Any artwork setup work already carried out remains chargeable.

8. Design tool, previews, and intellectual property

Our online design tool (the configurator at /design) lets you assemble a casino layout from base game outlines, colour choices, and your own branding. The base game outlines, the configurator software, and the composed previews remain the intellectual property of Casino Supply UK Limited. Your own logos, wordmarks, and brand assets remain yours and are used only for the purpose of producing the layout you have ordered.

Previews shown in the configurator are intended exclusively for evaluating a design before placing an order with us. They are watermarked with a session identifier that allows us to identify the source of any preview that appears elsewhere. You agree not to reproduce, modify, supply to a third-party printer, or otherwise commercially exploit any preview generated by the configurator.

Print-ready artwork files are produced and held by us. We supply finished layouts to confirmed orders; we do not release the print files themselves. If you wish to license the artwork files for use outside Casino Supply UK, contact us to discuss separate terms.

You confirm that any logos, text, or other content you upload to the configurator is yours to use, or that you have permission from the rights holder. You indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from content you supplied to be printed on your order.

9. Trade accounts

We offer trade accounts to operators, hire companies, and event firms. Trade accounts receive trade pricing, a set number of free artwork setups each month, a named account contact, and no-setup reordering of saved designs. Trade orders are subject to the same payment terms as standard orders: payment in full before dispatch.

Trade account approval is at our discretion. See our Trade Accounts page for details and to apply.

10. Complaints

If something is not right, we want to know. Email [email protected] or call 0333 340 1417 and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work with you to resolve it. If your order is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it as your legal rights require.

11. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or business.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
