Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Casino Supply UK Limited ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16379143.

If you have any questions about this notice or how we handle your data, contact us at [email protected] or on 0333 340 1417.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry or design brief.

When you apply for a trade account, we also collect your business type and expected order volume.

When you use our website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, manage trade accounts, and keep records of our dealings with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running and growing the business and responding to people who contact us, and, where you place an order, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.

We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our website and business, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and secures our website. Adobe serves one of our display fonts, which means your browser requests the font from Adobe (no cookies are set). Our email and enquiry-management providers handle the messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal data. We will only disclose data to others where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quote records for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless you become a customer.

Where you place an order, we keep records for six years after the end of our relationship to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
